# 7

this is one of the large houses located on the seahore behind the post office.
it is also quite well preserved and the characteristic features are pretty much intact. does not have a garden but has a front balcony with the full views and a back courtyard with a back entrance door and a very tiny terrace deck. it needs landmark registry plans for renovation as the rest of the houses
the 2 story building also has large basement rooms not photographed, but from the facade images you can see the large basement windows, so basement is quite sunny and spacious.
the upper rooms are large and spacious wit high ceilings, it has an originally planned kitchen but the kitchen elements are modified in the 60's. in front across the road where originally it had its garden now is a bunker/workshop owned by the funky owner of the house. he uses this as his hobby workshop, he is a character and a half and the workshop is like a curiosity shop.
the asking price for this building is 550000 turkish liras.
