this house is my favorite ! it is located on the street which tara's back garden door opens to. it is pretty much 50 m away from tara's door and on the other side of the street. the facade is covered with bad stucco and plastic shutters but retains original stonework and proportions. inside the house was hard to photograph very cluttered and the shutters were shut so it was dark inside. but the interior has all the characteristic features preserved, a fully functional original kitchen, beautiful stairs and nice sized rooms. and on the top of the house there is a little tower room with 3 windows with wonderful views. the horrible plastic shutters ruins the romance now, but this little room is a dream room.
the second great feature is that apart from the house the owners are selling 2 other lots: one with a small building. the small building is the rubble stone building that you see in the pictures as second house to the large buildings right side. the adjacent 2 story building squeezed in between is not included in the package and / but it is also for sale.
back to the 2 other lots included in the package: they are wonderful terrace gardens which have incredible open views and the upper one opens up the street above and also has the rights to build upon a new buılding if you choose to do so.
the asking price for the house and the 2 lots with the small building is 250000 turkish liras.
the house squeezed in between is 50000 turkish liras.
