this is a property of 2 houses joined together. the original intent of the current owners was to make a bed and breakfast pension. so now the property has land mark registry accepted plans, ready with a restoration project proposing a short term stay hotel plan -which is not necesserially a good or a clever project for my opinion. if bought we would propose to revise the restoration plans. again it is a 3 story building with partial views from the upper floor and a back garden.
