this 3 story building is spacious and filled with light, and although it is structurally damaged and needs restoration it preserves its characteristic features. it has a garden lot next to it which was originally another building but which no longer exists. the missing bit is the views. the building is located a bit on the wrong and low side of the hill. but if views is not a major criteria, price and form wise it is a good deal. the asking price is 80000 turkish liras, and the owners are keen to sell thus there is a bargain margin.
